Time has a way of changing the appearance of many things. Today we use computers and computerized machinery to help us produce parts more efficiently, but those underlying concerns of customer satisfaction remain true to our roots.

As we implement Total Quality Methods, we realize that these are an attempt to redefine what once made American manufacturing successful. To oversimplify TQM, we believe that these methods are an attempt to teach large companies ways to think and act like smaller ones by remaining close to their customer. Thankfully we are small enough that we have never lost touch with our customer. It is gratifying to realize that the people at Redding have been a Total Quality Team since their humble beginnings.

We intend to build our future on these same principles. Our customer is still the most important part of our Total Quality Team.
Lifetime Warranty

All Redding Reloading Equipment has been carefully inspected prior to shipment and is fully warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for life. SAECO products that are now manufactured by Redding will carry our same warranty.

Any product or parts which prove to be defective will be replaced or repaired without charge if returned prepaid to the factory.

Note: We reserve the right to decline responsibility where misuse or careless handling is evident or where repairs or modifications have been made or attempted by others.
